This workshop offers a truly immersive culinary journey. You will begin by visiting a local butcher shop to hand-select your preferred cut of premium Matsusaka Beef. Under the guidance of our experts, you will learn the secrets of making the perfect warishita (savory-sweet sauce) and the traditional techniques to bring out the exquisite flavors of the beef.
