Iitaka Roadside Station is home to a special treasure: a genuine natural hot spring. Known for its high-quality water that keeps you warm long after your bath, this facility features a clean, natural wood interior and 11 different types of baths for you to enjoy.

  • Stunning Views: Both the indoor and outdoor baths offer panoramic views of the surrounding nature. You can gaze down at the clear, flowing Kushida River and enjoy the beautiful scenery of each season through the large, open windows.

  • Outdoor Relaxation: The open-air baths allow you to immerse yourself in nature. Listen to the gentle sounds of the river, the songs of the birds, and the quiet rhythm of the forest.

  • Variety of Baths: Experience 11 different tubs, including:
    • ・Wooden "Maki" Tubs: Large, barrel-style baths made of fragrant cedar wood.
    • ・"Kame" (Pot) Baths: Unique, pot-shaped tubs set in the outdoor area.
    • ・Herbal Baths: These baths change every week, featuring a rotating selection of herbs like chamomile or jasmine to help you feel refreshed. (Please note that the herbal variety changes weekly.)
    • ・Lying Baths (Ne-yu): Perfect for stretching out and relaxing completely in the warm water.
